As an experienced life and business coach, my focus has always been dedicated to helping people and organizations overcome their hurdles. Trained through the highly accredited Coach Training Alliance, my method roots itself in understanding where antiquated beliefs originate so that we can work together to create new, more practical ideals. My practice focuses on both consulting and coaching, adapting to the individual needs of my clients.
My Consulting Services place a special focus on business development and marketing. During my professional career, I have served as Director of Business Development, Director of Operations and Interim Executive Director for various organizations within the substance use treatment industry. Prior to my work in the recovery field, I spent over 25 years in the retail trade. I have managed multi-million dollar businesses with major names in the fashion industry, allowing me to perfect my communication skills and understand all the stresses that running an organization entails.
My Coaching Services center on personal development. With over 25 years of long term recovery from my own childhood trauma and substance abuse, I completely understand the difficulty of getting sober and the challenges of early sobriety. The unique experiences of both my professional and personal lives have given me the ability to guide my clients to a holistic solution to life's challenges through personal coaching and industry expertise.
